Meeting rooms are not guaranteed during the summit. If you need to work or take calls between sessions, we recommend using the lobby in the venue. Additional rooms may be available, but this is not guaranteed.

Attendees are responsible for arranging and booking their own travel. Travel costs should be covered by your local agency in line with standard expense policies.

Yes. We have negotiated a discounted rate at The Westin Grand Berlin, where the main sessions will take place. Details and booking links can be found on the Accommodation page.

We recommend arriving at the conference venue for 13:00 on Monday 12 October.

The dress code throughout the summit is business casual.
For evenings, the dress code is smart casual, trainers and jeans permitted.

Yes. Presentation materials, photographs and other event resources will be made available on this page after the summit.
