Monday 12 October

13:00-14:00: Registration, networking and light lunch (we advise you arrive by 13:45 as we will start promptly at 14:00).

14:00–17:30: We’ll begin with a forward‑looking view of 2026 and the foundations being set for 2027, framing the transformation vision for H/Advisors as our clients and colleagues navigate an increasingly digital environment. We’ll hear perspectives from clients, colleagues, and our newly joined agencies, touching on how expectations are evolving in this changing landscape. Key outcomes from the AI transformation project will be shared, offering direction on how we continue to strengthen our digital capabilities.

We’ll close by setting the context and priorities for Tuesday’s collaborative workshop sessions.

18:30-23:00: Join us in a truly iconic setting at the heart of Germany's political landscape. A unique opportunity to experience one of Berlin's most recognisable landmarks after hours. More details to come.

Times are subject to change.

Tuesday 13 October

09:00-17:30: Building on the success of last year’s format, the day will centre on interactive group workshops, shaped around the key themes emerging from the AI Transformation Project. These sessions will explore proposals informed by both the AI Transformation Project and the broader H/Advisors vision, with groups presenting their recommendations that afternoon. Alongside this, our global leadership will meet in the morning and then join the sessions.

18:30-01:00: Immerse yourself in an evening of art, creativity and conversation at one of Berlin's most talked-about cultural spaces. More details to come.

Times are subject to change.

Wednesday 14 October

09:30–13:30: The final morning is dedicated to a session focused on client growth, culture, values and other strategic priorities for H/Advisors. This will be followed by a group light lunch to close the event. Attendees are also welcome to use this time to catch up with colleagues.
